The «original» cover actually sounds good. Dont get me wrong, so do this, but they are really out of time some places. Sounds like a listening/monitoring problem. And the mix it self was pretty bad 🫣

Huh? Pop punk has been performed non-stop by every generation since the 70’s. It’s on the radio daily. It’s on commercials daily. It’s so mainstream it’s annoying, boring, rehashed, and industry-flat. It’s disney channel default.

Unpopular opinion maybe, but I like her clean vocals way better than the snarling.

I can appreciate both. In some of the raw HC songs like Dead To Me, Kat rips it up and makes the paint peel although at the same time, I like some of her more "clean vocals" like on that Psychic Dance Ritual song where she kinda sings in an almost erotic, fem style that`s really cool.

Wow, the perfect crime, you killed this groove and were not arrested by The Pocket Police. The singing was fine, all the players should have their instruments confiscated. Too fast, no soul, bass sound was all wrong. Like a school recital, you didn't pour out the music you spilled the sound. More practice required.
