Damn, more unique than SCP SL modded, same level of uniqueness as MSCP, but SCP FB still better. I would not be able to think of this myself, because this uniqueness strays from the scp 035 document.

what does "pain endured" do

pain endured shows the amount of damage you've taken which after using the "Pain Transfer" ability, you can convert that amount to black HP (basically a shield)
