"...will ruin Christmas forever..." Everyone keeps saying this, but they're all forgetting Nux is Jewish. And, while some do celebrate both Hanukkah and Christmas, some also opt for just Hanukkah (and, for avoiding bullshit political/religious storms, Nux has never really gone into much detail about his personal faith, which I 100% understand). In other words, Nux will be fine, it will be the rest of us Gentiles that will suffer. Which should probably be more motivation for him to cover the Yule Man, to bask in the chaos and the screams of chat.

So 106 has this mucus that corrodes and causes decay in any solid object it touches, it can basically walk to solids leaving extreme corrosion in whatever it passes through. It can also use these corroded patching to enter or exit its pocket dimension. But it has a harder time going through complex or random structures and it can’t make these patching in liquids (though of course it can walk through liquids because that’s how liquids work. Its cell of lead lined steel is itself suspended with minimal random struts. There are 16 such layers and in the empty space between if filled to constantly moving fluid that is replaced every 2 day. Oh wait that was the old one, there’s actually 60layers now and they are suspended from each other magneticly

The Statue 173 needs to be your next one! He’s the first SCP that was ever made irl he started the universe! Also the reason they try not to kill SCPs unless they believe they are truly world ending like the Lizard is in their name. Secure . Contain . Protect. They are a organization that contains and studies threats to better, “Help” mankind. Of course then you have those who disagree with the Foundations methods like the Global Occult Coalition. They are a United Nations Organization made entirely around the concept of destroying SCPs.

Another reason the SCP foundation doesn't try to destroy all SCPs is because there is evidence of some organizations trying to, failing, and making it worse. I think it was the GOC that tried destroying a chair SCP that other than being an example of paranormal, wasn't harmful, and now instead of a decent chair helping people, it's a broken chair harming people.

The O-5 council are the highest authorities in the SCP foundation. They are also one of the foundations biggest secrets; we do not know how many there are (yes there are more than 5) what they look like, or where they are. When they are in a meeting they are only represented by a number, and you are never talking to all of them unless it is an extreme emergency.

There's actually a story out there where the old man and the lizard went toe-to-toe in his pocket dimension I believe the lizard is the only SCP that I'm aware of that actually pissed off and frightened the old man enough to kick him out of the pocket dimension back into the real world

They actually do have a means of containing it. However, it occasionally finds a means of escape, or gets let out when there are other breaches in containment. It's unclear whether the containment procedures actually work, or if it's just fucking with the SCP foundation.

First 1/3 of video, Nux is highly skeptical. Near the end of video, skepticism gone. That's the thing about the Old Man that differs most from others that they can destroy the world, the universe, reality. *They* end you in a detached, impersonal sort of way (you just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time) but the Old Man makes it more personal, hunting & torturing you. With them, you're done pretty quickly, but with him, you're either done quickly or it could last years or decades...And you don't know which way it'll go until it's way too late for you to escape his corrosive touch.

The o5 are the top of the hierarchy. They are all anomalies or use them for personal gain. One can calculate the rise and fall of any given company by Just some train schedules and shows up to get one weekly. He can calculate by the price of different meats if he will have an attempt on his life. I can go on, but they are all strange and they make all the calls. The o5 are the most powerful people in the scp lore.

Now, we could suggest that Nux checks out another SCP. 343 knows that there are a lot of good ones still to cover, such as SCP-343. Oooooor we could have him learn about some of the Groups of Interest or some of the notable scientists. I think that Nux would both enjoy the chaos brought by Dr. Bright and be terrified by the hell the guy has to live through. Immortality isn't fun, guys. Bright does some stupid things and seems to enjoy doing them, damn the consequences, but I doubt that he's a very happy guy.

I think out of all of the scp's I've heard of I think the Yule Man is the scariest and most unerving. Ive wanted Nux to watch the exploring series and his SCP videos because his narration I think fits the SCP feel really well though it is just narration with some images that are similar to the story. But while watching this video I kept thinking about the yule man and then lo and behold he was a suggested video at the end of the one nux just watched, though I haven't seen that one.
