I only like the upgraded LSR, now LC becomes an overground station. trains now can terminate there

The night 1.8 came out I was at a pool party and fractured my arm. When I was in hospital I looked to see if it was out hoping it wasn’t so I could get back and be there from 1.7 to 1.8 and it was out. Then I played it the next night and loved it!

Personally, I like the new announcements as I think the new ones, combined with the new 3D audio systems in stations, add lots more realism.

You didn't say that platform selection is now random so lesser used platforms like SC P9 and SV P4 are actually used now. Also, delay propagation has been added in so that if you're late, you're also late on the next route. Those are just two quite big things on top of everything else. Nevertheless, great video Dweller!

I think the Bantech Platform Selection (known as Alternating Points) which is used in Llyn-By-The-Sea had been applied in SV (and presumed SC, and Leighton City)

Also noticed how Whitefield is reminiscent of Eastbourne station is East Sussex with its yard, static Turbostar in the siding, 3 platforms with an interesting Platform 1 and covered platform 3

For me, the waterline announcer is ironically enjoyable and hilarious, it’s the airlink one that bothers me, with the reversed echo audio when they start a word.

Stepford UFC looks worse than before imo but I like the scenery has improved but the big station dome is gone

AL should not go to LC because it is already very busy there and then there wouldn't be terminating services at the also nice station of LSR. Just take an Express of Connect one more stop to LC.

@@TransportofPerth Yeah but then there’s no point of not extending it one stop like what they did for all the connect and express routes that terminated at LSR and AL only has 1 platform at LSR. It could have at least 2-3 and LC and LC has more platforms and space then LSR also considering there roles have been swapped it makes sense for AL to skip it or add an express/stopper route for Leighton.

You can walk along a short walk between some buildings and the mainline past the new depot and it takes you to LSR
