Dylan and I randomized our pokemon starters in Scarlet and Violet but theres a twist! We will have to blindly choose them by only knowing their scrambled pokedex number! Once we have our teams we will then build them the best we can and then we fight in a pokemon battle!

That Pikachu Golurk Golett line up seems to be a measure to stop the randomizer from breaking, It’s actually Golett Golurk and Druddigon but Druddigon is not in the game so it appears as a Pikachu, Golett Golurk and Druddigon are in order by Pokédex number

I think scrambing the digits of the Pokedex number adds a bit more difficulty (except those that use all the 4 digits lol) when compared to the version with the letters of their names - with the names there's only one right answer; when you only go 3-4 digits with no further information, that makes it significantly harder to pinpoint what's there (especially if you can't easily identify what is and is not in the game 😆 😆)

I think you should be able to look at the actual dex numbers for this. It gives more strategy/luck about what number to select.

You should use a random number generator to get 3 digits and you get to decide how to scramble them to make your Pokemon. How would you use 1, 2, and 3? You could guess unlucky with 312 which is a Minun, or do better with 123 for Scyther. But the clever option is 1023 Iron Crown!
