Today I'm bringing you my version of bunting (or banner) for the current PaperArtsy fortnight challenge which is called Banners & Bunting. I’ll be using Infusions, Distress Oxides, Gelli plate and I’ll create even my own enamel dots (technique learned from Marion Emberson, from WOW embossing powders, I'll share her demo video from stitches shortly). Hi Kevin! Happy you enjoyed it! Yes, WOW people (at least one of them, Marion Emberson) knows I did these, because she taught me to create some in a different colour :) I believe I mentioned this in the video, or the description or in my blog... not sure where exactly. Marion is great, a very good friend and a great artist, she has a lot of techniques with embossing powders. I have some demo videos from her at my channel, this technique is shown in one of them. This is one of the best projects I've seen on Paperartsy for ages - I adore this bunting and all the elements that go together to make the beautiful muted vintage effects. Some really great techniques including the enamel dots which I am definitely going to do! Thanks for sharing. Really inspiring.

Marty Casey thanks very much Marty! 😘😘It really take a long time to finish. If you don't have the patience or skills to sew (I didn't do anything too complicated, though) you can just use a hot glue gun and stick the pieces. I still trust more my stitches than the glue, that's why I prefer that method 😊 thanks for watching!! Have a lovely weekend!!
