On another note, Bruce got a call from his sister, and this guy wanted to give my husband a trailer for free. It was just 45 minutes away. We was 3 blocks away from home, and the trailer bounced off the ball of the truck. I can honestly say he owes the swear jar 2bucks. We did make it home. The trailer is a tilt trailer.

Here's a tip: If you want #1 wire, check out dumpsters at new building construction sites. I've learned that when you see the outer walls of a new house go up that's the time to check for copper. Both plumbers and electricians can't do anything until those walls are up.

Hello Paul, Back in business, copper and bronze are the most beautiful finds. At a certain point it is no longer possible to answer everyone. Cast iron is of course very brittle and breaks quite quickly.

There is an elevator company next to my office, and the pallets they use are huge. My son and I took one apart for the lumber (they were 2x4s...duringcovid $$$). We needed a heavy duty drill. We worked for hours taking it apart and had so much fun together. We ended up with 87- 2x4 8s. Worth it!

When we were scrapping on Sunday, we found a large amount of silverware, and cooking utensils. Then there was houses destroyed, not very far from us. I am searching for some family that needs them. My soninlaw if a fireman there, we're waiting for a call. And we'll be on our way. I just thank God, that he led us to that treasure, that we can bless a family. WOW GOD, YOU'VE DONE IT AGAIN!!!
