Genuine Question: What does being Indian have to do with it? As far as I've seen, she doesn't seem to do a lot of Indian food.

@@zoraackerman1684I think being vegan in the indian culture isn't famous at all, also here in middle east 90% of Arabs would be surprised how could someone not eat meat or chicken (not me haha). So it's really a great achievement!!

@@jadajidoo Oh, so she meant it's hard for her to find bpvegan recipes cause there's not much vegan Indian food? But I heard once that indian food actually has a lot of vegetarian dishes.

@@zoraackerman1684 yes but to my knowledge, chickens are widely consumed throughout India. Also here in Egypt it is like 80% or even 90% of our food is vegetarian but we add meat to it and it's very hard in Egypt to find vegetarian alternatives like " tofu" and vegetarian dairy, even avocado haha and I think India too but I'm not 100% sure, So when I became a vegetarian with the few alternatives available to me, I was really proud of myself 😁

I'm not vegan, but I love to know how to use my food instead of tossing it in the trash. The net bags that holds the oranges and tangerines I use them as loofah.
