I think a Scream movie in the vain of New Nightmare would be awesome.. They could bring back all the old actors from the other movies.. Almost like a Scream Infinity War but with the actors playong themselves. Would be epic! .. I can even see the opening scene with Drew Barrymore getting a phone call with the copycat killer asking her "What's your favorite Scream movie?"

I do think that a Reboot could work for scream, horror has had a bit of a comeback in movies and it would be fun to see them mock modern horror movie stuff And that Scream 5 plot does sound like an interesting plotline for a horror flick

I did read an article where Sylvester Stallone confirmed he would not be in Creed 3. Sad news. Still looking forward to it. Looking forward to Scream 5 & JW 3 as well. Put all the original TV actors from season 1 & 2 of Scream in that movie!

That idea with the new Scream movie where it plays i the real world like New Nightmare is just great. It really would fit the Scream franchise. Also: I love the title Dominion for the third Jurassic World movie. I cant wait to watch this movie.

I’m developing a fan script/writing one which is the way I’d love to see them take. Basically it exists in a world where the Woodsboro massacre happened but only inspired the original “Scream”. Woodsboro is now a tourist trap, and hasn’t seen any murders since. But one year after “4” (Another “fictional sequel” in this world) releases and a “true crime” film is to be released two kids are butchered. Forcing the real “Sidney”, “”Randy”, “Gale”, and “Cotton” to face the reality that they, and a new generation are in the middle of a long-overdue direct sequel to the original film. Unlike how the original riffed 80s horror, the reboot would riff nineties horror films. And introduce a totally new cast and characters while carrying the torch of the original cast. Dewey here is dead like in the original script in order to show the difference in reality and fiction. My idea would be that “Scream 2” would see the return of every actor who was a “survivor” in the films. And blend the two casts together as a murderer stalks the set of “Scream 5” in production following the new set of murders. No idea on “3” yet but I have some thoughts. Either way, I wish Spyglass didn’t already have a writer. I would have loved to take a stab (pun intended) at delivering Scream for a new era in a way that pleases fans new and old.

Jurassic World: Dominion sounds like a cool movie title! I'm hoping that the tagline will either be, When Dinosaurs Rule The Earth or The Beasts Shall Inherit The Earth.

If they make Scream 5, I'd like a really good cast. People like Avan Jogia, Matthew Gray Gubler, Jane Levy, Daniel Zovatto, Freddie Highmore, Jim Parsons, and many more. I also want them to bring back the aggression that Ghostface had while killing and attacking people in Scream 2, there was a lot of demolishing going on.

There is no possible way Scream 5 can ever exist without Roger L. Jackson as the voice of Scream, they'd be absolutely stupid to even attempt it, even the TV series had him as the voice. I'd assume it just isn't in production yet or they haven't gotten up to approaching the actors or the more likely fact that it isn't being worked on. As great as the scream series is, there isn't really any need at all for another movie, Scream 4 was made to mock the surge of reboots of classic characters in the modern era which 100% worked and had a reason to exist. Scream is a mockery of horror franchises by making fun of their countless pointless sequels/ reboots and cliches, they even joke about it in Scream 4, where the "Stab" franchise (which is the scream movies in their universe) is already on its like 8th sequel or something, it would be really ironic for them to do the exact same thing.

That Sonic movie was good...no shit can be talked there. The release issues and piracy you mentioned affecting it is really unfortunate. I think that movie deserves respect, as much $$ as it can get, and a sequel! Sonic looked all messed up, we didn’t like it, they LISTENED to fans and fixed it...and then made a solid video game movie actually worth watching....which is really hard to do.

If you watch the Short film they made, they said that the tone of that short which was terrifying, is how they are going to have Jurassic World: Dominion.

Very excited for creed 3, Jurassic world dominion and Indiana Jones 5. I got the 4 film collection of Indiana Jones with over 7 hours of special features! Haven’t watched them yet. Haven’t rewatched creed 2 or Jurassic world fallen kingdom yet either. I’ll get their. I love creed series. Bringing back dolph lundgren was awesome! And for Jurassic world I love Chris Pratt. He’s hilarious. I’ll have to do a Jurassic Park Jurassic world marathon when new one comes out

If they’re gonna go reboot. At least cameo the remaining characters. Like a passing of the torch...perhaps Sidney has a half brother who was adopted and didn’t know about, but someone found out about him and is going after all of his friends. It would bring Scream full circle and effectively allow for Neve et all to retire after this movie.

The Scream series was actually a nice surprise so a reboot can work. BUT Think about this.... Have the new Scream being about an early 20s blogger who is on a hunt of a killer who kills people influenced by horror movies and after teaming up with a detective halfway through they find Sidney played by yours truly Neve Campbell.

Honestly, Scream 4 was a good send off for the movie franchise. I found it very entertaining with the introduction of new characters, and absolutely loved that they literally killed them all off. I wouldnt mind a Scream 5, but it's not absolutely necessary 💯💁🏾‍♂️

I have a feeling the main trio for Scream 5 have at least received a phone call regarding returning but are being held to secrecy. Especially after the success of bringing Jamie Lee Curtis back to Halloween. Scream is my favorite slasher franchise and I need more Neve Campbell kicking ass. I have a theory they will announce soon for a 2021 release celebrating the 25th anniversary of the original.

I think the time period for Scream 5 (if it's a reboot) should take place in the mid 90s. I feel like taking current tech out of the equation, makes the crimes more believable and the victims more convincingly vulnerable.

Imo scream 5 should be a continuation into where it's revealed that Nev Campbells character turns out to be the one behind everything that's why she survived every movie that would have been an awesome send off then they could have done a reboot

Scream 5 sounds pretty good but I really want it to be a sequel instead of a reboot. I would be fine with scream 5 ending the storyline of Sidney and continuing with different characters in scream 6. But keeping continuity.

Scream 5 > Scream Reboot. Sorry, but it's not a TRUE Scream movie without Sidney, Dewey, and Gaile... wtf are they thinking? Even Sidney said it herself at the end of Scream 4. The number one rule about remakes: Don't fuck with the original. If they really wanna experiment with an all-new cast, isn't that what Scream: The TV Series is for?
