Jill coming back would definitely be awesome! I was also thinking Stu's sister could be the new ghostface. Matthew Lillard did say that the chances of Stu's return is highly unlikely. But hey, I think it would be great if he did come back. They would have to disfigure his face to make it believable. I am hoping they make Scream 7 a huge success.
