Gale’s “Tell Sidney he never got me…” is the most emotional line in the whole movie! I know you guys were questioning the validity of that line but I took that to mean like, don’t tell Sidney because she’ll leave Mark & her kids and get involved. I was definitely sobbing in the theatre during that moment!

Tbh, I think they both had the same kill count: Amber: Judy, Liv, Dewey + Attacked Tara twice Richie: Vince, Wes, Officer at Hospital I think maybe Sam had said that Amber did all the work maybe because she did most of the work in the final act Amber: Stabs Chad, Shoots Gale, Stabs Sidney, Kills Liv, Richie: Stabs Mindy

I think the purpose of Mindy’s rant was supposed to add to the tension because her mentioning that your favorite characters could die even though when you go in, you’re like they’re not gonna die, I think it was a way to subvert expectations without actually having to follow through

As much as I didn’t like the ghostface reveal having Tara thrust that knife In Ethan’s mouth and Sam putting on her dads ghostface outfit and mask and stabbing detective Bailey every where the bulletproof vest wasn’t was epic as fuck! This is my second favorite scream behind scream 1 and I still have it tied with scream 2

Is there an explanation of how Ritchie's father could be a police officer with a different name and not be linked to his serial killer son? Like is it even possible to pull that off? I mean Billy Loomis' mom could and apparently did just run around claiming to be a reporter named whatever but all she needed to do is make a false ID and act like she was a reporter. How do you join the NY police department while faking who you are?

The math actually does work with Kirby and Sam. Sam was born in ‘97 and would’ve been 14 in 2011 ☺️

I think instead of having Mindy miss Act 3 they should’ve had Tara and Sam cornered by Quinn, Ethan, and Bailey .. and have Mindy show up and kill one of them as well (most likely Quinn) with Tara taking on Ethan and Sam taking on Bailey . I feel it would’ve really showed their bond even more.

A+ reaction! I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who was wondering how Chad was going shirtless and where his scars were, especially when they made sure we saw Tara’s. I figured Radio Silence was like, let’s make sure the girls & gays show up by giving Mason (and Josh Segarra) shirtless scenes. I’m not mad at it! Also, the bodega owner is truly the unsung hero of the movie! He really tried to help the girls but paid the ultimate price for it with his life. Gone too soon 😢

I kind of hate how they undid Gale's story arc. At the end of Scream 5 she says she's going to write about Dewey and not the murderers. Like if Dewey's death didn't actually change her, then I guess she never will, but I hate that.

Watching this reaction made me think of something: There needs to be a Scream movie where one of the killers changes their mind at the reveal. Like, in this movie, the younger killers spend SOOOO much time with the core four and it would've been a cool twist if one of them realized that they did not deserve being murdered for what happened to their brother. Sure, the dad and maybe one of the kids could be just "cRAzY" but it would've been cool to see one of the Ghostfaces fight another Ghostface in the finale because they change sides at the last second.

Fun fact: Abe snake was wes Cravens character in an early 70s adult film he wrote and directed and stared in. Even the name Abe snake was the director name in the credits.

Bailey had quite a night that first night, killed the roommate, dismembered him, and staged the body, killed Flash and staged the crime scene, went and got called to the scene to investigate his crime scene, left the scene to attack at the bodega, left that scene to get called to investigate the bodega scene through the night, and then by morning was still at police station with the girls and meets Kirby.

I don't understand the hate that Sam's character gets and was shocked that Melissa Barrera is personally getting hate. What is wrong with people!?! I love that this franchise has produced such fierce and bad ass final girls. Sam Carpenter is right up there with the legends in my book. Such a great performance from her and just such an amazing cast across the board. They all do the damn thing! Scream always kills the casting. AND YES -- BRING BACK PARKER POSEY!!! Iconic.

I have to be honest. I watched the film three times already. It is so fun. I love all the characters even though there is no logic at all. I still consider this one of my favorite Scream films in the franchise. I hope that Scream 7 takes place in London or Paris. That would be interesting. ❤

If they make a Scream 7, they should have Stu come back as a mastermind who maybe had like an online reddit group and he was the one who made fake personas online and convinced Jill, Charlie, Amber, Richie, Ethan and Quinn to continue killing people. However, they should also bring Jennifer Jolie back and give her the Kirby treatment snd of course bring Sydney back, and have the third act be a huge battle with all of the Scream Franchise's final girls (Kirby, Sam, Tara, Gale, Jennifer and Sydney) and have there be like a whole lot of ghost faces but they're all random young adults and teenagers and then the final ghostface comes around and its revealed to be Stu who had been planning this with Stab fans for years.
