Thank you for your videos they are very helpful. Do you do some kind of preparation to white ink before you start printing? I am having some challenges printing with white ink, after curing it it feels very thick and it feels like if it's an sticker on the shirt.

Besides a 110 mesh you could go with a 156 mesh count for medium detail. Great question.

What if you don’t own a conveyor dryer? Can this process still be done with just a flasher?
@tainoink
@tainoink 3 жыл бұрын
yes it can. For my first two years, I cure my shirts was with a flasher. All you need is to make sure the height is properly to cure. Get yourself a temperature gun and make sure it reads 320 degrees for 45 seconds. You do that by adjusting the height of your flasher.

Why would you layer the colors if you want the brown on top anyways? Is it because its a black T?
@tainoink
@tainoink 5 жыл бұрын
Yeah. Dark ink on black teed you will need to print it on a white underbase so tne color could pop.
@biggoozer5475

Papa! Good info. Check it though. What temp you keep you Riley jr at? I have mine and I usually have it around the 85 mark on the knob. That is usually around that 320 degrees mark but to be even better I want to get to the 340 mark your talking about. Where do you have your knob?
@tainoink
@tainoink 5 жыл бұрын
I have it around 85 as well. I have tne conveyor turning at 3 and have the two panels pretty low. Enough room for the shirts to go through. Keep that heat in.

@tainoink
@tainoink 3 жыл бұрын
Distance between shirt platen and flash dryer will determine time for flash cure. Ideal distance will be around 1-2 inches from the shirt platen.
