We installed these Universal MotionScreens on this porch. The homeowner had the genius idea of glassing in the openings for the ultimate in comfort. Openings this large still generate a tremendous amount of solar energy. Using Suntex 90 fabric from Phifer allows us to block 90% of that energy before it reaches the glass. The motors from Somfy allow for easy operation. And as you will see, the thermal limits keep the motors from damage if they're used too much.
