A closer look as we tackle this 90 lpi ellipse dot. Some people think the dots are 1/2 the size of 45 lpi but in fact they are a fraction of the size.
This job was 4 color simulated process thru 305 mesh. Printed on V2000 press, dreamy HO/LB white, flashed and Sim process Red, Sim Grey and Dreamy white, all wet on wet. Using CBX7500 HiRez Pink SBQ emulsion and Advantage premium plastisol inks.

Epson T3270 24" roll printer, running all black inks and Accu-RIP software, printed separations from Adobe Illustrator

Hey guys I took your class last summer and was wondering what website you said we could find high lpi separated artwork to experiment with. It might have been an adobe website I’m not sure

We get some of the designs from Adobe stock but they are not separated. We use Sep Studios to do the separations.

1 your output system/ film printer has to be able to print 90 lpi. And 2 you would need a good enough exposure unit to even capture 90 lpi its not something the everyday person can print at 90 lpi majority shops are outputting at 45-60max
