The gap between the tool and the collet hole is intentionally increased for easy understanding.

sir I have one question, how can collet going under deformation , what kind of contact you given, I am solidworks user

The video was made in Autodesk Inventor. The collet is not a solid object. It consists of a basic bush and 4 petals. The petals are connected to the bush by revolution joints. Assign some elastic stiffness to the joints.

The pieces are not available in Autodesk Inventor. I have to build them myself. I can't make the tutorial because it takes a lot of time. If you use Autodesk Inventor, I will give you Inventor files of this video for your investigation.
