Obviously, Scru wouldn't have the chance to catch every single in a Cypher like this one, some of these are really deeply layered for invested fans in the franchise. And even then some of these are hard to catch. But I'm impressed with how much Scru actually caught here, and the general bars were caught by his eye immediately. Their delivery and flow were surprising to me the first time I saw one of these Cyphers, many of these are legitimately good artists. Chris Patrick's stuff is gas, and that's on god.

I love that you're lookin into the pokemon cypher finally but this was a bad one to start with because all of the returning peoples verses were full of references to their past verses. I literally watched this the day it premiered. I knew of these Pokemon Cyphers long before I heard of the "KZfaq Cyphers" (just heard of them about three weeks ago, the same time I found your channel). I literally love Shofu and this whole gang. It was a surprise to me whenever I heard that Shizzy (VI seconds/Gawd) was also part of this "KZfaq Rap" scene with you guys, as he's always been seen for THIS Pokemon scene for me until recently. This cypher, in my opinion, is superior to any KZfaq Cypher that has, and will ever, come out. The Pokemon cypher consists of a group of underrated, non-featured homies who have transformed the "KZfaq Rap Scene" with something fun, relatable, and clever: Pokemon. If you liked any of these people, go to the KZfaq channel "Shofu" and support all of their songs they do. I know people follow "Quadeca" or "Crypt" or "KSI", but these dudes are, at least in my opinion, SOOO much better than all of these mainstream "KZfaq rappers". Scru is great, though, and I feel like Shizzy is the only exception of being able to exist in both settings (mainstream and Pokemon rapper) and still be hard.
