He actually proved what Knox said then pretended Knox had said something different and that the evidence showed that wasn’t true. Example - Knox said he was told by EZ manager to stop bugging the artist he represented but Scru went behind him direct to EZ - and what did Scru “prove” with the convo? That he had gone direct to EZ to arrange showing up. What Scru proved was that what Knox said was exactly what happened. Only people not paying attention would be fooled by that sly tactic. Another example? Knox accused him of saying a blind man isn’t blind - Scru’s rebuttal was “yeah I said a blind man wasn’t blind, but you said I’m not Nigerian” - so first he confirmed what Knox said, then he pretended Knox had said he wasn’t Nigerian which is not what he said - again, if you were not paying attention and you didn’t care about him acting badly to a blind guy and never apologising (even now) you could have been fooled into thinking Scru did ok. The truth is, the more Scru said, the more of a hole he dug himself. There was NOTHING he was accused of that he actually disproved - nothing. And all he had to throw at Knox was “you are white and hip hop is black so you a culture vulture”. But Scru really screwed himself with this last one - “what would King Von do?” Look at what happened to King Von - THATS what King Von did…he got involved in a gun fight and was killed, and the person that did it walked free. I know what Scru was /trying/ to go for by cosplaying as a gangster all through this but he comes over as so unconvincing. The aspects Scru might be deemed to have won on - he can flow…he can do his little jigs, he can sound angry, he’s good at twisting the narrative to convince some people he “disproved” things that he didn’t even really address. On the other hand - Knox’s schemes are in a different league, he kicked ass, his clear goal was to use his pen or tea to relegate Scru, when Scru was hoping to promote his album. Scru’s racist dog whistle was always heading for defeat. You see what I did there? It wasn’t rhyming bro with bro a million times - and that’s how Knox won. If you don’t get what I did, that’s why you mistakenly think Scru was even in the same game.

Regardless of what anyone says, there were clear biases from the majoroty of fans and reactors themselves. The only fair reactors were smaller channels who havent had relationships with anyone involved. Props for being fair. I think scru won but if anyone thinks knox won 2-1, thats fair but when you see people say 3-0, either way, just know theyre biased.
