If you're going screw with someone, you need to think outside the box. Come up with something completely unexpected. For example, when I was working in pest control, I used to mess with this one guy by sticking paper rodent glue traps to his tires. When he drove it, it sounded like a helicopter. By the time he pulled over to check it out, the glue traps had come off, and he was mystified. He took it into the shop three times. They looked at him like he had lost his mind. Another guy I decided to screw with, I zip tied a cowbell above his spare tire so you couldn't see it without dropping the tire. Sounded like a shopping cart full of soda cans going down the down the road. LOL

I'd say more Chaotic Neutral. I'd give Ted Chaotic Good and regrettably Hooch in the later seasons becomes Chaotic Evil through torment.

Janitor and Dr. Cox - two best characters in this thing, though all of people are unique. Ted - man hes a panicked freak, love him! Dr. Celso - What a bastard - great! And rest of them too.

Very first episode: Janitor: "This door's broken. 'Bout the fifth time it won't open properly." JD: "Maybe there's a penny stuck in there." Janitor: "You stuck a penny in there?!" JD: "No, no! Just making small talk." Janitor: "If I find a penny in there, I'm taking you down." Later on, the Janitor's holding a penny and says "I'm watching you..." lol He sings about it in my "I'm Not The Only One" video.
