I haven't decide it Tray's playing inspires me to learn the Banjo or has made me realize I need to stick with bass.

You can always tell how good somebody is at the banjo by the faces they make when they play.

Really helpful Tray, thank you. I´ve been practicing clawhammer for a little while and it´s coming on slow, now I want to be able to play Foggy Mountain Breakdown before I die (and I´ll have to be quick !). I like how you rest two fingers on the head a lot of the time, that must make it easier to hit the right strings with the other two. Earl Scruggs is an inspiration on many levels, I´ve never seen such charisma carried so quietly. I´m in the Sierra Nevada (the Spanish ones) and if you listen carefully, you might hear me torturing my beautiful Deering Sierra.
