also I would like to know if you think it is allowed to conduct no daily scrum and replace it with something over coffee?? according to what I have learned there is no way to get rid of daily scrum , I will be compromising on scrum itself if i do that , also he said there is no need to have 15 mins of daily scrum, well thats the time box , max allowed time, it can be 5 mins if the team is achieving what needs to be achieved , please correct me if I am wrong

u are doing a great job at creating these videos, keep it up👍one thing I would suggest is if during answering someone does not give the right answer then please add a section where u suggest how that one answer could be answered that is more appropriate , after all we all are humans and exposure and knowledge varies from person to person, but as this is a platform where many people come to learn thru your questions and their answers , your audience may learn something wrong because people who watch are mostly new to scrum and may not be able to pick if any answer is wrong, so your correction in the same video is much appreciated👍

Yes in big organizations we have specific departments or persons for infra related services but may be here context might be different, may be scrum master facilitate this candidate to Navigate the infra process or personal
