Scuba Diving in Kau Bay, Wellington. Its nearly the end of the Scallop season, so I take the opportunity to go for a dive, and try and get some of these tasty morsels!

Kia ora bro, awesome video - love watching scallop dives! I’m guessing this is a late upload since the scallop season has been closed for a couple months now in Welly!

Poor Hamish, trudging off to school knowing you are going diving. Harsh, but I think the old man did that to me plenty of times

Yeah, true that. When you find them at the right depth, Follow the foot path. I always found them big ones at 50 ft, 15 meters there about. At the depth where you start to sink like a lead weight. mean.

@Average_Bro yip, sir, not with the bottles. That was a Wellington thing. Then the wairarapa, down south, you name it. I've been there done that. About 2000 hours ? hang on, I'm Boasting ,ha ha ha . Nah, true bae. I enjoy your content. Im up the East Cape these days no more yo or the South Coast or in the sounds. Nup or cook straight. Snorkel, there is no need for the tanks. You welcome at mine if you are interested.

Chur , hada drop couple bays past oriental with me mate. Roughly 35mt down you'll see some prehistoric bloody Hoiho mussels around 6ft-ish tall im just shy of 6 and they were monstrous.

Chur brother! Haha that’s crack up, I see a few lying around in kau and Shelly Bay but they are only about 200mm long, that’d be mean to see bro, haha scary though lol need a mean mincer for those buggers lol
