I hope you answer my questions. I`m from Peru (located in South America just in case you dont know it) and I have some questions about your products becasue I want to buy them: 1. Does this clay get hard once it`s completely dry? 2. Is it possible to paint it using acrilics? do you sell acrilics? 3. Can you please share the links the buy online the clay and acrilics? Thanks in advance

Hi Paul, thanks for your questions! Yes, this type of clay will be hard once it's completely dry (it doesn't require a kiln or oven). You can also paint it with acrylic paints :) We have a list of Mont Marte stockists on our website if you'd like to search for your nearest store (www.montmarte.net/stockists/) or you might be able to find what you're looking for on Amazon US. Hope this helps!

i have bought this clay. its too hard to knead 😑. what to do to make it soft and knead easily?
@MontMarteArt3 жыл бұрын
Hi Kalo, thanks for getting in touch to let us know about your clay - we understand that this would be frustrating.Our air dry clay should be fairly easy to knead straight out of the bag, so we're not sure why this is happening. If you'd like to contact our Quality Control team they'd be happy to see whether they can help you out - please direct message us on Facebook or Instagram if you'd like us to put you in touch with them :) Otherwise, you might be able to use the following steps to soften your clay: 1. Cut the clay you'd like to use into 1 inch blocks. 2. Put the blocks into a tupperware container. 3. Pour a small amount of water in the container and leave it for a day. 4. Take the clay pieces out and try kneading them again.

how to yse mont marte calligraphy nib set?
@MontMarteArt3 жыл бұрын
Hi Abu, thanks for your question! Here are a few handy hints that might help: Inserting the ink cartridge : Step 1: To insert your ink cartridge, gently unscrew the black nib of the calligraphy pen and put the cartridge (smaller opening end first) into the opening. Step 2: Hold the inserted ink cartridge against a strong surface, such as a table top, and press down firmly on the pen to force the cartridge to click into place. You will hear a click when the back of the pen nib pierces the cartridge. Step 3: Screw the nib back onto the pen and place the calligraphy pen upright for a minute or two, prior to use. Then gently press it onto a scrap piece of paper to start the ink flow (it should only take a couple of strokes for the ink to start flowing). Using your pen : To keep the ink flowing smoothly, always hold your pen so that the nib is angled between 30 and 45 degrees to the paper (calligraphy pens are not designed to be used in the same way as stationary pens). Care : Wash the nib under lukewarm water after extended use and dry carefully with a soft cloth. Do not allow ink to dry on the nib as this will stop it from flowing. Once clean and dry, replace the cap. Carry and store your pen upright (nib upright) to prevent leakage. We hope this helps :)
