Hey man just wanted to say appreciate ur content and it doesn’t go unnoticed.. I know u don’t get that much comments n likes n ur channel is smaller right now but I believe with consistency ur channel will get big soon.. I started using resistance bands during lockdown starting 2020 as I was still looking for a way to get a workout in from home.. I used loop bands tube bands with handles and alll the anchors from the door .. even started using barbells with the bands n plates to anchor them too.. And have to say I still love it til this day, even with gym Open again I still incorporate bands with weights as well! So love Learning new techniques n tricks from ur videos.. even tho I taught myself So many things myself , still Cool to see some New ones pop up every now and then, you and James garage the only one seem To Be promoting bands n have muscle from It ..so many endless ways to use bands . FYI I used a 2x4 block of wood to donkey calve raises years ago with the band and I bragged n thought I invented that lol to my clients I train 😂.. but anyways best of luck keep up the good work god bless🙏

Brandon, I am loving your videos. Anybody who does not have the Clench Foot Plate is missing out. Can you please show more of the barbell pad.

thank you so much for this video! i have mild cerebral palsy and clubfoot so i really need to target my calves. people well below average height should use a different band size right? 41'' is almost my entire body length

Always appreciate your various exercises for the different body parts .. Looks like the pad will be good for for several different exercises... Like how you use the pad against the wall to do squats. Can you make a video on all the different exercises you can do with the foot plate Thanks
