The detailing on the body is insanely good, and I love the action pose. His head does look a bit squashed though

Go ahead and make a better non squashed one then! Can you imagine how hard it is to make something beautiful as this and to nitpick about head being squashed is insulting.

I mean, to be fair, he very much knows who Thor is because of Mimir. And GoW4 cut off with Thor being introduced, so he knows where Thor is too.

Kratos's beard is magnificent! So cool and makes him more wise. But younger kratos still looked cool either way.

Outstanding as always the only extra small detail you forgot Is that in Ragnarok, Mimir has both of the eyes, not only one. But that's nothing, just a minimal detail, other that that's awesome

The sculpting level is beyond amazing on this one. The Kratos details look so perfect and every little detail you added like Mimirs head its mind blowing.
