Approximately what size clay balls did you start with?

The middle clay ball is 2cm (diameter) and the two side clay balls are roughly 1cm.

@Mr Wasala Yes in fact i'm doing this (it's my first time to sculpting) with water based clay. But it's not important, I'm doing a realistic nose in other method. But thank you for your videos for inspiration P.s.
