for the cornea, I believe he used "Reflect 2" on the materials tab and then decreased the opacity of the material by 50% and rendered it.

Thank you! I also increased Intensity A for Cornea's Material to 1.9 for making iris' diffuse looks more sharply

Thanks a lot. The best eye Tutorial that I have found in youtube. It helped me a lot. Only one little criticism, I do not like background music in tutorials. It is a little bit disturbing, because I am little bit hearing impared and english is not my first language. So thanks for putting the captions.

같은 사이즈 구 2개 (iris,cornea) 하나에 동공뚫고, 움푹 들어가게 시미터리 Z축 R:12 뎀스텐다드, 마스크+인플랫 으로 눈 문양 컬러는 레퍼런스에 맞게 밖깥쪽으로 갈수록 어두워짐 튀어나온부분 하이라이트 칠하기 눈 안쪽색 84, 29, 31 ---> 137, 89, 41 핏줄 : 알파이용, 칼라+살짝 튀어나오게 너무 쎄면 알파에 블러값 올리기(10정도) 다른 구는 가운데 튀어나오게 사이즈 조금 키우기 트랜스퍼런시 적용 멀티 맵 익스포터로 맵뽑기

Push M close to RGB, choose material and subtool that You wanna apply to and Color- Fiil object

After I removed the geometry in the center of the eye and drew a damstandart with a brush, the geometry from the edge of this removed geometry is strongly drawn to the brush

You find a nice video tutorial, spend several hours sculpting and then realise that author skipped part with how he made material of sclera and it indeed impossible to get the result in the end of video with this. Yeah i get that tutorial is free, but it is misleading. You won't get needed result in the end.
