Nice sculpt. Though, have you considered using a dark wash as well as a glossy varnish to improve the furs appearance. You could use the varnish or a uv resin to ad a shine to the eyes.

si pero tarda menos y también es ambiental ósea q si hace frio se endurece si hace calor se suaviza yo utilizo plastecerá no te la recomiendo si eres novato :,,,v yo empezó y compre plastecerá ya me acostumbre a ella, pero si empiezas hazlo con plastilina

These sculptures are great but I think you should do multiple thin coats of paint. Thinner coats mean smooth finishes. You could also take some inspiration from miniature painters, they tend to give good inspiration insight on painting miniatures/ sculptures. But all in all you did a great job.

I also noticed how these sculptures look more stylized (smaller heads and longer limbs and a thin complexion) than other Sonic sculptures I saw. I think it's because Dr Garuda tends to create realistic or human creations. Not saying it's a mistake but I found it curious how you can see the style

Hopefully we'll get Dr. Robotnik soon. Either game version aka fat Eggman, or movie version, aka, Jim Carey. Him and Tails would be awesome to see. Or if from games alone, just give me Metal Sonic and I think we'll be cool. Maybe Amy too with that giant hammer of hers.

very nice work!! it's interesting to see you take on something with more cartoony proportions than the characters you usually choose! id be interested to see you take it even further, with something based on the game versions of the characters! maybe tails holding up sonic, or a sonic vs metal sonic statue based on the sonic cd artwork!
