I think this Batman design is one of the best, because he looks real. Unlike the previous ones this Batman feels like he belongs to our world.

The opposite thing happens to me, I think it's hideous and the fact that it's limited to what is plausible is really boring. Sacrificing aesthetics over practicality is really mediocre imo; the classic designs are what made these characters interesting in the first place. Alex Ross has said many times "my suit design won't stop a bullet because it doesn't have to, it's imaginary. Suits were treated as paint over skin in the early days to showcase the power of the human figure". You can still use the classic cloth suit and make it functional, it doesn't have to be a full on armor like Bale's and Pattinson's.

@@fready3458 Spandex has not been used in a Batman costume since Adam West's version in the 1960's. You're talking about foam rubber.

@@gonzacollao idk, I think there's a time and a place for super uber realistic suits that are completely plausible in the real world and this movie is that time and place. I thinnk a less realistic suit wouldn't fit what it seems like this movie is going for as well as this suit would

It is difficult for me to conceive how someone can be so talented... a truly amazing transformation from a lump of clay into a stunning work of art... I really enjoyed seeing it all come together

This Batman is the BEST!!! Much better than the others sculptings in the same style. Much more details, tiny objects that make a big difference and the most important thing, the face of Robert Pattinson.It was PERFECT! Congrats, EXCELENT WORK!!!!!!
