It does not change the animation, but as stated by Wyatt you won't draw aggro from creeps / towers. The game recognizes your action as a spellcast, not an autoattack. You can dive towers for example with your creepwave without being hit by it with Arachna. You will also win every autohit duel in creepranges, because your opponent gets your attack + creepdamage, while you only get his attack damage

For those that don't play hag a lot, he accidently clicked too close to valk when selecting the target for the ult, so as valk ran his target rotated

The 1st and 2nd skill of EW doesn't work on invi heros. However, when you deny the trap, it will immobilze and deal dame instantly to all the heroes and creeps near it (even on invi heroes). That EW was good at timing when he sensed NH there to trap an deny instantly.

Orb walking (or "animation cancling") is when you save time by cancel the animation of your attack/ability. After every attack (and most abilities) the model makes an useless animation, which can be skipped by moving right after the attack/ability has been activated. I.e. when chasing with a ranged hero, you click the ground to move AS SOON the projectile has been shot. If you don't the model will stand still and finish the attack animation.

Orb walking is absolutely not the same as animation cancelling. Animation cancelling is the thing you described, while orb walking is "manually casting orb spells while moving alongside the enemy hero" - orb spells are spells which add a bonus to your auto attack (e.g. Arachna's Q, Vindi's W) and have 0 cooldown. Hammerstorm did Animation Cancelling. He did not orb walk, since he can't because of his spellset. They go hand in hand often, I agree on that, but it's not the same :)

normal attacks have cooldown too, so after you hit a hero you can move while you wait to attack again, this way you can keep your distance from the target, this is specially important with heros like flint for example. the term came from warcraft 3.

It's not the attack animation, because with some slow lvl 1 attacking heroes, you can take a swing at an enemy, look away for a split second, turn back to swing again and you still need to wait a little bit before swinging again.

no, it's has a cooldown, you CAN cancel the animation, but you have to wait some time between attacks, so it is a cooldown, even the game call that.

Around 1:50, that prisoner is really lucky succu happened to land his attack on nomad first to trigger the nomad ult towards succu, cause if pris had landed his hit first he would be dead.

DotA allstar wasn't made by Riot but one of the programmer went to Riot while IceFrog made Dota 2 together with Valve. Riot never had copyrights for DotA, just the creators of DotA along with Blizzard. And, well, HoN didn't copy Dota 2 but DotA (untill the started releasing a new hero every two weeks).
