It seems like you need to twist it to lock it in. I have not been able to twist it. Has anyone else had that problem? Any hints on how to twist it?

Might be the limescale buildup blocking the tube. I don’t know exactly how big the hole is or if jamming anything in there would damage the closing mechanism. However a lil acid like vinegar or lemon juice is what would break that up. I’m also unsure as to the damage that may cause to the system. Will require further research. Best of luck! ☺️👋💕

Amazon has some. I got mine at a KMart years ago. Just tried on kit hen grout that was way overdue for cleaning and it worked wonders.

Bought mine for 50 cents at the thrift store. Hope it works
