What’s making me mad is that all the videos I’ve searched about this problem I’m having is saying either get a new sd card or they be un screwing the back of the switch like I’m not trying be fix it felix and try to fix it my self and then end up making it worse

I was still new at Switch and just got it, I didn't know any better. I pulled my micro sd when you can actually just push it to make it went out easily 😩🤦‍♀️ and now the game inside don't appear in Home even though it looks like the memory card is still visible in the data management. I don't know what to do. Should I format the memory card? My Switch is CFW, idk if doing that will delete the CFW. What's your input about this, sir?

is there a way to make the SD card fit more securely? Mine doesn't click in very well and often pops out a few times before it will slot into place properly. It's a brand new Switch Lite.

My SD card slot wasn’t plugged in well enough, just gotta take like 8 screws out, and push the plug, it’s not terribly difficult.

But i'm scared to open up my switch and do surgery. 🤧 it might get worse than it already is.

Hi sthetix, Badly need help I can't find a fix, I think a few had this problem recently I have a v1 unpatched switch, I had the previous ofw and atmosphere version before the current one, I accidentally updated my ofw last November 3, I did not notice if the switch wifi is connected to the wifi or the super mario wonder game came with an update, when it restarted it showed the failed to init or mount SD, I updated my atmosphere files even the sigpatches, I followed the things ive read online, I changed the micro sd card reader, Ive tried my 256gb,512gb,1tb cards nothings working. I have tried to reboot to OFW, it booted normally, but it cant read the micro SD, That part on your video is normally touching as well, Please help,i dont want to redownload and reinstall all my games
