I'm doing this for my Public service course and I'm going to get one person to stand on the sideline and everyone else has to wear a blindfold, this will help commutation, teamwork, and trust.

They are “poly spots” you can find them on Amazon or even make your own made of foam but these plastic ones will last longer :)
