Great video! Just started using SDRAngel myself. I had a steep learning curve but getting more comfortable with it. I use it mainly for ADS-B here. Been plugging away at it for about 2 weeks. Now I'm experimenting with different antennas and hacking some older dongles to see what I can do with them. Great fun! Great hobby! 73's de wd8bdn/6

On mine when I am installing and get to this step: 'Open the drop down list or flip through with the mouse wheel and select RTL-SDR for example:' my RTL SDR is not listed, what am I doing wrong please?

Okay I got past that but when I type in 162 where you did it says could not play and 'Home' is on the graph but I think it is in Germany and I'm in Wales.

@@HamTechRadioScannerDrones Hi yes I did thanks all good but I can't get rid of the red bar that says Sample Rate must be over 2 million, can't get it any higher than 200k for some reason. Thanks

I have a SDRplay RSP1B and use SDRuno software mostly. It works excellent with ABS-B. When I use SDRangel with the RSP1B and ADS-B it is not nearly as good. SDRangel has rather poor sensitivity compared to SDRuno!

Sdruno is made specifically for SDRPlay devices, but sdrangel became better these days lol.
