This is awesome, i myself is a coach all the way from Australia and i am coaching Japanese students. I always want to understand more about Japanese training and warm up and see how different is it to my own style of coaching. Thank you so much. Would be keen to see a full training session and see how it is being planned as well!

Same here from Mexico. I can see that we have an incomplete training basis movement fundamentals, so as the right strenght exercises to enhace all the body before the actual training, and that same lack leads us to a lot of injuries since early ages! And I'm talking about almost every training place in the country! Such a bad education about physical education in general. I really appreciate what these japanese coaches and trainers take the time and care to share the knowledge through their channel so we can have a better training and learning from Volleyball. Thanks, as always, S&D.
