Actors Lee Min-ho, Kwon Sang-woo, and Choi Ji-woo live in Nonhyeon-dong Lafolium, and Girls' Generation's Suyeong was also a resident of this villa until recently.
Actress Lee Da-hae bought Lafolium 10 years ago and has been living there ever since, and recently started her newlywed life with singer Se7en in this house.
Seven's house is the Royal Palace, a 5-minute walk from Lafolium. Model-turned-actor Kim Yeong-gwang also lives in this officetel.
Between Se7en and Lee Da-hae's house, there is Nonhyeon Apelbaum Complex where Bae Suzy and Jang Keun-suk live.

Good afternoon. Another Saturday waking up with a morning walk through the neighborhoods of Korea. Yeei again to nonhyeon-dong 🎉❤. I came here to see apelbaum and of course la folium. I am so confusing whether Jang geun suk is living in apelbaum 1 or 2 because here it says he lives in 2 but in jang geun suk's vlog it seems like apelbaum 1
