Welcome to Sea of Conquest Season 2! This season brings new maps, powerful trinkets, and intense battles. Here's a streamlined guide to help you navigate the key features and strategies.
Transition from S1 to S2
The S1 map remains accessible, allowing travel between S1 and S2 maps via the breach. In S2, players must reach worship relation with three guilds by season's end to earn legendary trinkets and rewards.
Enhanced Competition and Rewards
Season 2 introduces competition among gangs from three servers. Rewards are based on the highest-level port occupied by a gang, with top gangs fighting for port 7. The gameplay includes incidents, events, sea monsters, port captures, and more.
Exciting Trinkets
Trinkets are vital in S2. Obtain them through trinket drawing using Conchs. Unique trinkets like Blood Fang need Hymm Conch, while regular ones like Chain of Bombs use Echo Conch. Trinkets enhance hero attributes significantly.
New Ships
In S2, build Warhammer and Stormbringer ships. Warhammer is a Cutthroat ship, and Stormbringer specializes in Blazing or Drowning damage. Both are essential and can be built for free.
New Heroes
Season 2 introduces Tanaka and Adeline, key to the Blazing and Drowning damage families. Completing the Saga event grants a free Tanaka. Teaming Tanaka and Adeline with Lester forms a powerful Stormbringer battleship.
Level Progression
Adventure, sea monster, and Armed Freighter levels unlock progressively with the Grand Odyssey. Max levels are 80 for adventures, 60 for sea monsters, and Armed Freighters. Upgrade ship parts to level 21 and enhance hero skills to level 8. New Trials offer challenging experiences, producing hero and trinket experience.
New Recipes
Season 2 features new ingredients and recipes for dishes and drinks. Experiment or find answers online.
Artifacts
Two new artifacts, Wrist Hook and Veil of the Goodness, are available. The Wrist Hook aids in hunting moving enemy flagships, while the Veil of the Goodness provides a passive skill to save your flagship from sinking.
Survival in the Frozen Sea
At the start of S2, the sea is freezing. Increase the Flame of Life level to survive. Gather energy from raids, incidents, and melting gems. Unlocking gem slots grants valuable items and boosts specialization strength, crucial for non-player battles. Gems are available in Red, Green, Yellow, and Purple, each offering different bonuses.
Raids
The S2 Squad Raid requires a minimum level of specialization strength. Strategies from S1 won’t work here; detailed raid strategies are in the linked guide. The Gang Raid, available in five difficulties, rewards players with gems and auction items and can be initiated by R4 and R5 players.
