For those who are just as forgetful as I am, you can honestly just leave the Artful Gambit on and progress through the game on New Game+ with your endgame weapons. You can bypass most of the non-boss enemies, and if you do have to fight, most of the time you can one shot enemies with Zale's Dash Strike. With bosses, I'll use the 3x boost with either Moonerang or Venom Flurry. The challenge sounds daunting, but it's really easy on New Game+.

Although I didn't get it after defeating 10 bosses for some reasons so I started a new NG + save based on the one where I defated 10 bosses with artful gambit and then defeated just the boss slug and got the achievement straight away. I guess I might've messed up somewhere and maybe one of the bosses didn't count for me.

Does Reaper's Mercy only affect the party member with it equipped?

It should affect everyone in the party, not only the one with it equipped.

I’m doing this currently on NG. Just beat the gun goddess and catalyst. Does anyone know if I don’t get 10 kills in NG I can get the rest in NG+

Yes you can. There isn't enough bosses in NG once you get the item to get the achievement so you need to kill a few NG+ bosses

This trophy took me around 4 hours, from the beginning of NG+

I did, don't work. You have to play from Start NG+ till the Leaf Monster

I presume any 10 of the bosses will do. It's just likely less headache-inducing to do this with the first 10 bosses.

I beat the first 8 bosses then started another New Game + and beat the first 2 bosses. It doesn't have to be 10 bosses all within the same playthrough.

The psnprofiles-guide says you can Farm the Boss-Kills with elysanderelle or the fleshmancer

But you canot do 10 times the same boss by beating it and reload. Try 10 times the slug boss and it didn't work

Actually it's pretty easy if you equip the relics shown, also the strongest weapons, shields and rings. Then you just need to focus on perfect blocks, perfect attacks and destroy all the locks on enemies.

No, you just need to reach the leaf monster

It is probably best to attempt it on New Game+ since you'll be able to kill the bosses much faster, which means less chances of eating potshots if you still have trouble guarding against certain attacks.
