1. It's not a terrace, it's a balcony. Terrace is above the house (penthouse). 2. Didn't like the layout, dinng area right at the entrance?

Hello Sabena, Terrace above the house is called a 'Rooftop' Terrace. A balcony is restricted by size and has only one access, usually from the bedroom or a living room. A terrace can also be on the same level as the apartment. Mumbai Real Estate is more like a multi faceted diamond than a cookie cutter mold. It looks different to everyone depending on how they look at it. Mumbai Real Estate has evolved over the years and we have to move forward with it.

Good question Barney. Can't build with CRZ norms, smaller plot sizes, reserved land for playground and height restrictions all in front of the property. If it could have been done, then it would have been done already.

Hey Barney, NO ONE will give you in writing even on a property which is bang on the sea shore. It’s impractical to even ask 🤷🏻♂️
