I really wonder if projects like these with so many floors and single units for sale actually even got booked fully ? Looking at the other building from the balcony almost looks like an empty/unsuccesfull thing... Would be really sad spending 35Cr just have few people living in the whole building instead of many good people to socialize and interact with.

The shower (room) floor dips 1 foot - this is typical Turd World. I have seen this in Thailand too - the floor of every room ("each and every" in Indian English) is either up or down from the room you are in.

5/10 on luxury for this apartment .. There is one apartment where on each floor there is a proper swimming pool ... plus 4000-5000 square foot of living space ... aur pure building mein 10-12 floor.. luckily i stayed there for 15 days ... it is a kind of investment by one of the well know billionaires of 🇮🇳...

She bought under her and her daughter's name, that you can find from BMC tax filing paper and now all are given for rent! One is taken by ITC hotel's top official, he is from Japan, he and his whole family staying there. One is rented by an retail Hardware Store owner's Son, his stores are there in Mumbai and the last one is rented by one of the Top Bollywood Heroine. Can't utter the name because of celebrities privacy is very very important. You can check all these facts. Thank You ❤🙏🏻

That is what most rational people will do. Besides 35 Cr. is the cost. If you consider GST, Furnishing cost, maintenence cost, etc. and also interest on loan then you will end up paying over 50 Cr.

With that type of amount it is better to live outside India where taxes are low and real-estate cost is even lower with better laws, environment, health care, etc. Living is a flat is hardly high standard of living. I live on 10 acres of land with huge privacy and ample space. This dungeon living is not for me.

I was planning to buy this flat when my son told me that we are social people, and the neighbors here keep their doors closed full hour. I was concerned about how I'd build connections with them, make friends, share my feelings, and have fun with someone so that both households don't face complaints. If we were to live here, I'd have to leave behind my childhood at such a young age and put on a facade of maturity. After listening to my son, I've canceled that plan, and now I am going to buy a regular, happy, family-oriented flat in the society

If I have 35cr,, I would buy an estate, with lush greenery all around, maybe somewhere in the foothills of high mountainous regions, where no human disturbance there. . Someone would be a fool to consider this a luxury, in the middle of the jungle of the humans and concrete.
