In this episode we are boarding the Seabourn Encore in Athens (Piraeus), Greece. Our itinerary will take us from Athens to Istanbul.
I show you a bit around the Seabourn Encore and give you a cabin tour of my Veranda Suite 618.
We also visit Patmos, Greece in this episode and see the Cave of the Apocalypse or also known as The Grotto of St John and the Monastery of St John.

I was recently on its sister ship the Ovation our cruise director was excellent a Brit named Aimee. I am booked on another Seabourn cruise in April, Grand Canary and more should be fun this time on the Quest

Fellow travel creator. Planning for a trip to greece in a few months. Great tips here. Wow all the food looked amazing. Prices were pretty low compared to here in charleston.

This is supposedly a luxury cruise but you have to pay extra to enter part of the ship "the retreat". Big minus in my view.

Would have been nice if you mentioned how much extra the Retreat cost. Per day? Per cruise? What?

The Retreat cost varies by cruise which is why I decided not to mention a specific cost. Typically it’s around $249 USD per day, however that’s usually for a sea day, prices differ for half day and port days. It’s best to speak with The Retreat attendant when you board for pricing and availability during your sailing.
