Seafood Newburg Recipe 👇🏾
Ingredients:
12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined, 4 tbs unsalted butter, 2 tbs flour, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup sherry wine. Extras: green onion, sweet peas, mushrooms, crab.
side. They should be slightly pink with golden edges, but not cooked fully.
Add the shrimp (and extra butter) to the sauce. Stir until the butter is incorporated.
Continue to cook, stirring gently, for 2-3 minutes, until the shrimp is fully cooked.
Serve hot, and enjoy!
