I like the spacious wide pan. It looks like a tefal pan. I like the fresh shrimps and locust beans. Yesoo i want to know how you cut the okra. And the palm oil makes all the difference. Bitter leaf is a must for sure. Looks delicious and i like you showed us eating it at the end. Perfect texture and consistency

Hi Joyful cook, do you know which good palm oil brand to buy in the UK please? The ones bought here I can always taste it so much in the stew. Please help thank you

Do you grind the locust beans? I can never get them to dissolve when I make it.

What ingredients did you use. I haven’t heard of some them and it was a bit hard to understand due to the accent.

I don’t know why the frozen okro here is not slimy

Hi baby Sis. New discovery. I got 2 dozens of clam and was not up to the cooking task and I shoved them into the freezer. Woke up this morning, put them in a big bowl, ten minutes later the clams opened up and all I have to do is use my fingers to open them up, and with the spoon, the rest is history. Let your fans know this. Even when they are fresh and clamped up , a few minutes in warm water opens them up. Love you sweetie.

Locust beans will simply spoil the real taste of okra. We in Calabar don't add things like ogiri, locust beans etc in our soups that's why anybody across Nigeria can eat our soups. Secondly, if u add those same spices in all your soups, your soups will have the same taste and that makes it boring
