Seagulls ruin my sleep every single night at 3am. They don't even wait for the sun to come up like all the nice birds do. If they made a pleasant noise I could deal with it, but I'm starting to think that I understand enough seagull language to know that they're shouting "Please shoot us with big guns."

Thanks for this. I just blasted my speaker with this, trying to scare off those 70 seagulls that has been screenming all summer outside, just in front of my house on a big factory roof. First off they started to fly in circle over the sound source, and it kept on coming more of them, and suddenly they all dived in sync in some kind of attack attempt. they went higher and higher doing it, and after a couple of minutes they all went off. It's silent like the grave here now! I see some keep coming back but I start the sound again and they are off again. Let's see how this turns out....🤞

Man, I tried blasting this from my speakers out the window (twice!), but the damned creatures aren't fazed too much. Thankfully it's only half as loud now, I guess they moved a bit further from me. Thanks for the vid, man. Even just halving the volume is very helpful since they scream as soon as the sun appears (around 3 AM now), which keeps waking me up and doesn't let me fall back to sleep.

Works like a charm so far. There were about 10 gulls at my work. Making so much noise and shitting on the cars or on the windows that are stand open. Played this a couple time when the gull were close to my window, and now they are gone for already 4 hours. Hope this keeps up.

Put my JBL in a plastic bag on the roof, full volume, turned it on. Within two minutes the invasion of at least 20 seagulls, completely gone! Excellent! Cheap, loud and noisy. Not one bird returned. If they come back I will be jamming again! Thanks!

Got two seagulls in my street trying to nest on the car roofs and it's a nightmare. They are collecting rubbish/dirt/sticks then shitting on all the cars, as well as pecking roofs and generally doing stupid stuff like fighting. Surely something can be done they have damaged paintwork on half the vehicles in the street.

whoa this thing really scared them a lot compared to other seagull scare audio. Really startles them. I recommend using before/during the mating season starts as this will give you a chance to scare them off before they lay eggs.

I regret to inform its not that effective. I played it to one and he remained motionless but that said I played it to a huge flock during the daytime and it defintely had some effect as they all flew off afterwards but alas it wasnt long before they flew back. Seagulls oh how I loathe them.

This had the opposite effect, suddenly there were hundreds of the damn things flying round our house making a right commotion!

So, pretty effective. It has immediate effect. Yes, they do come back after a while, but they give you a wide berth and remain nervous whenever they see you afterwards. But there is an unexpected consequence: other bird species take note, and some of those will actually swoop you when they spot you. Use with discretion.

Played this for all the seagulls in an industrial location and oh boy it works, they are now all doing a little musical in the sky

I've just tried it on a gull that keeps pecking on my window (because some other person feeds it from their window-sill in the flat along from me) and the bugger seemed spooked by it and flew off. As of yet, it hasn't returned. Fingers crossed :D And if that doesn't work I'll think about buying a toy seagull (or a toy baby seagull if I'm feeling particularly sadistic) and thrashing it while playing this audio clip in front of the gull, that'll be fun. :) Surely it'd get the picture after that.

OMG! We have a lot of gulls around where I live and just bought some new garden furniture. I have to clean seagul s*#t of the patio most mornings so I went on KZfaq to look at seagul scaring devices. Found this clip and played it out of interest. Within a couple of minutes I was surrounded by about 100 seagull screaming bloody murder! 😂😂😂

Used it 4 times: 1 seagull flew away quickly, returned to same spot within 1 min. 2 flew away more slowly, returned within 45 secs. 3 waited longer before flying off, returning within 30 secs. 4 Didn't move a bit. Continued to groom itself and ignored sound. Clever sods!

So far, so good! The seagulls have been gone for well over an hour. They had been making a racket since the middle of the night and appeared in my dreams. Every so often I can hear one or two seagulls for a few seconds but they don't stick around.

This disturbed all the other gulls in the area and instead of one on a neighbours house shouting to be fed it brought all the other gulls in the area over my house so the noise is even worse than ever 😱😂!!

I had one of those plastic owls that the seagulls just shit on, so I glued gunned black, real feathers and made it look like a bad ass evil seagull killer. When I put it on the roof, it actually attracted every bird with 5 miles for about 10 minutes. It looked like something out of a movie. They circled and squawked but they all left and it has been the most effective thing ever.

It worked for me. We’ve been plagued by gulls on our flat roof. For three years chicks have fallen off and we got dive bombed until they learned to fly or a cat/fox ate them. I used this a few times when the pair started to roost. It scared them off and they didn’t come back for a few days. Played it again & off they flew for another few days. It took about 10 days but haven’t seen them since. You do have to do it within 20 feet of them though. On ground right below them or from a window just beneath them.

I'm swooped at if I try to do gardening. They hate me even more since I 'stole' (aka took to the wildlife hospital) an injured chick. But I will try this when I'm gardening. It certainly seems to quiet them down when I'm in the house and they're getting noisy.

I have what sounds like a million seagull families nesting directly opposite. They hover outside my neighbouring flat waiting and whining for food. They do this ALL day from 5 a.m to 9 p.m in the Summer. I have tried the you tube "seagull scarer" and it kind of works for 10 minutes then the little shits come back. The best advice is do not feed them as if you do they are prone to stand outside your door with that truly awful and monotonous whining until you feed them, which incidentally my neighbour always does. If I had a machine gun all would be still and quiet

I looked at which animals are their predators. Used hawk sound each time they came to nest more than one year ago. They did not nest and never came back. But they nested a little bit further and they are still very noisy...

Only on second day but so far so good. We have about 300 gulls sh itting all over our docks and boats. I hung a plastic dead seagull outside and blasted this sound. They all came circling from every direction. I think they were ready to help out a gull in distress. I shut it off and 5 minutes later they were gone. I blasted it again and many reappeared but after that all is quiet. I think they think there is some kind of danger and dont want to hang around. Time will tell. Maybe have to automate it to blast every coupes hours? Ideas?
