Seajets Caldera Vista tour, former Dover Calais Seacat

Күн бұрынA2B via Sea embarked the highspeed craft (HSC) Caldera Vista, the former Hoverspeed Seacat 'Hoverspeed France' of 1991, in the Greek Port of Naxos for a 45min journey to Paros.
Originally operating from the UK ports of Dover and Folkestone to the French ports of Calais and Boulogne, between 1991 and 2011 she also operated from Douglas, Liverpool, Belfast, Fleetwood, Dublin Stranraer, Weymouth, Jersey, Guernsey, Langesund, Frederikshavn and Newhaven under the names of Seacat Boulogne, Seacat Isle of Man, Seacat Norge,
Sea Express 1 and Snaefell.
In 2012 she became the Master Jet operating between Heraklion, Rethimnon and Santorini then, in 2018, she received her current name Caldera Vista.

Great video, brought back some nice memories of sailing on her when she was SeaCat Isle of Man. Do you know what sort of speed she was doing in this video?

Hi Brian. Thanks for watching! Sorry, no but I know she was on vastly slower speed that day owing to the delay

Hi. Thanks for watching. I do not recall however, I travelled as a foot passenger and it wasn't expensive. Best rates can be obtained from the agencies around the port
