The Villa SD and Villa Selvadolce in Bordighera, Liguria, offer exquisite residential experiences overlooking the Gulf of Montecarlo. Villa SD boasts a single-floor design seamlessly integrated into the landscape, featuring three bedrooms, expansive living spaces, and outdoor amenities like a patio, pool, and whirlpool, evoking a perpetual holiday ambiance with warm interiors and tropical influences. Meanwhile, Villa Selvadolce, nestled in the hills, harmonizes with the terrain through stone facades, green roofs, and internal courtyards, enhancing natural lighting and ventilation. Its open-plan living area, framed by panoramic vistas, connects seamlessly with outdoor spaces, while bedrooms and bathrooms showcase efficient layouts and opulent designs.
