Haven't done very much looping with the electric lately but here's an original idea of mine. Heavily inspired by film composers like Hans Zimmer.

3liwsail it’s not dumb at all! If you wanna know the theory just lemme know, it’s not very difficult to explain. But for this I’d start with just playing F, G, Am, G, in which case you’ll be playing in the key of C

When that bass line hits with a good set of headphones on, it just hooks you right into that special place in your mind where a movie starts playing of memories or dreams that rise feelings that are hard to explain. It is Christmas night, and this was the most beautiful night cap for me. I had a snare and hi hat beat going on in my head. Sounded so badass bro!!

Even the first time listening to this I can hear a symphony orchestra in my head. I can really tell it was inspired by film composers because it sounds like a stripped down version of something from the score of a movie not yet made. Man, you are incredible.

Hey man, I watched your setup vids in ableton, but I was wondering how you loop with reverb on your amp? Do you use a verb pedal or just loop the dry signal and play everything though the in built reverb? I can't wrap my head around it lol. Oh and also, would you recommend humbuckers or P90s for a jazz/soul type tone? Thanks man!

He loops the dry signal from guitar, and then plugs it into the amp/Ableton. On the pickup choice - in my opinion P90 are much better for clean tone. Humbuckers are muddy (at least on my guitar), they are great for overdriven, distorted tone. With P90/single coil you can get this beautiful crystal clear timbre.
