I saw Nefarious with my daughter and we both thought it was great! We talked about for at least an hour and a half after the movie and a lot of my friends went to see it and haven’t stopped talking about it either! I highly recommend it!

We saw the film last night and were all completely blown away! Mr. Flannery’s performance was incredibly riveting! We all agreed that for a movie which was mostly dialogue to keep our attention that long was unusual. Proof of the exceptional performance of the main characters. Loved the message! I pray people get it! I highly recommend this film and can’t wait to read the book. My only criticism would be that the Beck scene seemed forced and out of place after such intensity throughout. Regardless, I will not stop thinking about this movie for a long time!

I am a Pastor. I went to see this movie with my wife. We loved it. I went back the next night with an elder from my church, he loved the movie. It is without question one of the best, if not the best movie I have ever seen. The acting, the script, the production, the story, everything -perfect. Sean's performance should be considered for an academy award for best lead actor in a movie. His portrayal between the demon he plays and the death row inmate Edward was masterful. This movie feels like C.S. Lewis book "The Screwtape Letters" meets "The Silence of the Lambs." Classic movie!

I hope this film gets the attention it deserves. It is one of the most believable films concerning demonic possession I have ever seen. It is intelligent and does not go for the usual gross-out effects. Sean Patrick Flanery deserves an Oscar nomination for his portrayal of Nefarious, one of the most wicked demons to ever walk the earth. He rides a rollercoaster of acting and is so believable, he actually gave me the creeps. Also, as a non-believer, this film provided a more logical interpretation of what could be happening on this Earth right now. It is better than 1,000 sermons from a pulpit. See it.

My favorite film of all time is "Casablanca," so you can already guess that I'm fussy about all the aspects that effectively harmonize and earn that gold star worthiness. "Nefarious" was so very powerful and top notch in all aspects, but it cannot be denied that your performance, Sean, was nothing shy of brilliant! Very few actors could've pulled this off so convincingly, including the quick shifting from either Edward or Nefarious showing temporary domination.And the abortion scene,, in my mind, stands out as one of the finest, most heart wrenching, unforgettable performances ever! to grace the big screen!

Great movie. One scene confused me a bit. When the priest came in. The issue of how that played out went over my head. I get it now. This is a movie that can be viewed more than once.

Wow! I didn't know this actor before, but he did an INCREDIBLE job. I seldom post anything but this was a wonderful performance and I felt compelled to comment. I wouldn't have know about it if my friend hadn't sent me the DVD for Christmas. It is a shame more people aren't aware it or will get to experience the writing, acting and message.

An amazing, powerful, intense film - especially because it was about something REAL. Mr. Flanery was exceptional! As both the demon and the demonized man. I think he changed my attitude towards death row forever. We who believe in the power of the "Carpenter" must do spiritual warfare against the demonic forces more than ever before. And one of the most tragic parts of the film was the priest...he must have been an Episcopal priest. :(

The limited distribution is more of an indictment of the current condition of our world. It’s like there are powerful forces at work to limit access to it especially considering the glowing reviews. One of the best movies I've seen in years and nobody is going to watch it. I say that because I think the promotion wasn't great because of the budget and a lot of theaters aren't showing it. The other problem is many critics are panning it which they often do to movies that are faith-based which this is. They labeled It horror to try to attract another audience it's not really a horror movie, but it should be scary if you're a nonbeliever. The and yet another problem is the motion picture industry gave it an r-rating which it did not deserve. Oftentimes a movie will show some of the best parts in the trailer this movie did not. Sean Patrick Flanery's acting was awesome in this movie. I was really hoping word-of-mouth would have got this movie to explode.

the movie was so well made and the acting was truly impressive to say the least. Having said that, it's sad that so many have missed the point of the movie. Yes, this film is void of shock value that is very popular to the majority of viewers. But for film critics out there, who are into horror films, they should be aware of the existence of good and evil. Evil's main goal to make us believe it does not exist. And if they understand or even suspect that evil has a source, then their intellect would logically point to anything that's malevolent... something demonic. But based on some reviews of 'Nefarious', a few critics have clearly fallen prey to the narrative that demons do not exist, and therefore, God does not exist!!!.... That an eternal consequence to unrepentant evil actions of men is non existent. I wouldn't be surprised if they believed that we, humans, do have an eternal soul, or that there's even heaven and hell. That's what I find very sad.... and very dangerous. This is a demonic possession movie. That's a horrifying concept. The movie makes us understand what it is all about and they failed to appreciate that.
