It’s supposed to be somewhere in between. Cuts short closed like a fade blade, and open with a stretch bracket is like an open taper blade

With the fusion blade yes they cut super short

Hi I'm from Philippines.There is a barber school here. Can I use the certificate that I will get here to be able to cut hair there in he US? Or do i still need to take a course there in the US?
