A little about me:
Sean Daniel is a man. A man of simple needs and desires. And the one desire, no, the one NEED, that stands above all is to spread the challenges, joy and intellectual stimulus of music to people of Earth and beyond.
Born on the mean streets of upper middle class suburban Chicago, Sean learned the ways of the world through the dizzying heights of success to the lonesome depths of failure and emerged with the promise of a better tomorrow reflecting in his eyes and fiery passion in his belly.
He plays and teaches guitar on his KZfaq channel where he regularly releases original music and projects to the adulation of legions of fans, who often compare him to Chris Pratt and one time Ryan Reynolds. He’s currently in the market for a nice leather jacket.

Whoa, that was super fun! Using droning tones across chords always appeals to my ear for some reason. The simple re-tuning of the high E to D is a trick I'd not heard before, but which makes perfect sense. Thank you! Sounds so cool on my big Fender Laguna acoustic 🥰

Hi Sean, despite we are far apart for thousand of miles, each time I want to learn any new technique or remind me of something your videos are the ones i always look first due your great communication skills, sense of humor, and of course, your own way to explain everything as simply as possible. Fancy studios, video editions, lots of tech do not make the difference when we want to learn, and specially understand what we are hearing and watching. Thanks for your videos and keep going as you are!

Often imitated but never duplicated, can you do a video of percussive double stops pulling off to open strings and everything ringing out. I met a cool dude and went to watch him play. When he did his hammer pull offs, 30 of his friends in attendance all burst out in applause. I'm guessing he did it in D or G and I believe he moved around on the neck as well. Pull offs to open strings are vato cool and you are the perfect person to lead the world and shape the future of humanity with baller jack guitar jam outs.

Thanks Sean, I already suspected a long time a go that there must be a way to play guitar in simpler way. As far your strum is with good tempo and good bass, then the songs should come alright. However, Sean if you can pick a song and show the difference between the traditional way (the hard way) with this simpler way. How that sounds. Take "Wild Horses" by Rolling Stones that covers all the chords that you mentioned. Cheers from Indonesia.

Hey Shawn, putting that triad of G Major at the top of all the chords is really another type of "drone" y'know. Of course, it's not your invention, though. It's the People's invention! Maybe if ya could develop some better technique with your picking hand, those chords might sound better, not just a cacophony. But keep working at it, it might have some promise. Also with playing some melody over the chords, using that pentatonic scale, that could sound good, ya just need to work at it a bit. Don't be lazy, & don't be afraid, dude, you can do it!

I didn't like this one. We have joints in our fingers to move them. Locking one down on the B string? Hell no! Playing an a minor that sounds like kicking a cat in the face because we are too lazy/dumb/untalented to move our fingers? Here's a tip: If it's too hard, practice more often but keep that finger off the B string for fuck's sake. Oh, and another one: Don't play the b minor like you have cerebral palsy. Barre chords are not that difficult. And if they are: practice more. There are no shortcuts.
