Good for you. I’ve heard a priest talk on yoga. The positions actually open you up to invite demons in. I did yoga years ago at the ymca with a group of senior citizens before I would go to work as a nurse practitioner in the afternoon. I had no idea about the connections to the devil. I stopped yoga long ago. I just learned about the connections this year. I now try to tell people whenever it’s possible. I get a lot of hate but I don’t care if I can help someone out like I was helped.

I have ppl just like this in my family-yoga teacher, Reiki healer, use crystals for healing professionally, pendulums and other New Age practices. Its really scary how strong their belief is that their right and they are ONLY agents of love and light. But I’m the wrong one for saying it’s demonic and false teachings. They are very blasphemous towards Christianity as a whole and I think I’m the crazy one for going to a Catholic Church and reading the Bible.

Yoga, runes, crystals and dream catchers are portals for demons. That priest is a complete idiot. There's no such thing as "Holy Yoga"... I would call it holy sh** or better just sh**

affirmations in themselves are considered a declaration of faith, so long as God is backing them (backing them with scripture for example). There is nothing inherently sinful about affirmations. The Catholic church reminds me of the Jewish Pharisees. They idol worship mother Mary, Saints, the crucifix, you have to go thru them say a prayer over and over (confessions with a priest) to be forgiven. Lots and lots of occultic practices. The #1 major red flag for me with the Catholic Church (I was raised Catholic went to Ccd classes) is the very occultic practices of drinking blood and eating flesh. It'sakes no difference if it's wine and crackers represented. It's the intention. And your intentionally drinking the wine because you believe it represents blood. And you eat the Eucharist (cracker) because you believe it represents the flesh (physical body) of Jesus. That's freaking 🤢. Covering my body with the blood of Christ is very satanic too. His brother Mother Mary or Mary of Magdalene didn't do any of those things at his crucifixion. Yes they might have had His blood and maybe even tiny pieces of flesh mixed in from when mother Mary came to his side, or after he was brought down from the cross. But the reason God ceased those (offerings) is because they became perverted. So God no longer required us to make sacrifices or cover our house with literal lambs blood. He does require fasting and prayer and repentance because he sacrificed His Human incarnation here. Followed the universal Laws of His creation. Went thru human suffering. Hung on a tree to take on the weight of the past present and future sin of the world. It weighed him down spiritually so much that his spirit carried that weight all the way down hell where all the sin belongs. His soul was pure and Godly so he dropped that weight off down there. Walked to Satan and defeated him. Allowing His oneness to come together. The Father (soul) The Son (a physical creation of God in part) and The Holy Spirit (spirit). All at once in Hell to defeat the enemy. Then Jesus came back here all in ONE. To let his people know HIS promises were fulfilled.

@@originalmix2546 It was about thirty years or so ago. Things just kept going wrong, health, financial, depression, relationship. Also at the time I began to figure out when I listened to a certain band and separate albums I would feel a heavy darkness making me feel depressed and horrible and just feel dark consuming me. Once I finally realized the connection to the music I stopped listening to it but didn't throw it away because I didn't realize it was spiritual, or maybe I didn't want to acknowledge it ( I eventually threw them away). It was almost as if the dolls and music were connected because a terrible dark feeling came from where the dolls were, even though I forgot all about them, when I listened to the music. I think it was during prayer, or right after, that something made me focus on the dolls, and I knew I had to get rid of them, but when I picked them up there was "You're being superstitious, plus it's a gift" Then I would think "But it's an offense to God." Whether it was all in my mind or real at that point, I sensed a very dark, very angry energy. I thought "if it's real, then it's trying to scare you. Don't give it your fear." I turned to Scripture, like Jesus' example, and threw them out, but I don't remember if I just chucked them or cut them up, but if it happened now I wouldn't destroy them, just ditch them.

Yoga? … Really? Can you please expand on that one? I’m genuinely curious what is so bad about yoga and if that is common sentiment. I have never heard people take up an issue with that before.

If you wanted to escape the things of the world, you would have to either die, go move into a cave in the mountains or join a convent. I am aware of all that stuff and I'm not going to waste my lifetime with trying to keep people away from it and from myself. When Jesus walked among the lepers was He afraid of getting sick? If those things cause you too much anxiety then by all means cut them out etc. But I quote the part about not being concerned about foods offered to Idols because we know there is one God. The world has indeed become crazier and crazier and I just keep my peace. If it doesn't bring you peace it didn't come from the prince of peace. Learn spiritual discernment...this stuff is kindergarten grade....get off the milk and get into the meat of things. God said to judge those in your midst and leave those outside for God to judge.

@Rachel Garcia if you only see yoga as physical stretching and exercise then there's nothing wrong with that...if you believe it's spiritual practice and sun worship well then it's not in line with Jesus. People are still judging the outside of the cup rather than what's inside. If yoga benefits you then do it. If you have conscientious issues about it then don't. In the 80ies jogging literally became a religion...you can make anything an idol. If it interferes with your personal relationship with Jesus then it's best to find something better fitting for your lifestyle. There is no sin that can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. God let me do all kinds of foolish stuff...and they all taught me lessons. I'm sure you'll find what will fit for you.

I used to be into tarot cards and even did readings. Tarot readers can put all kinds of crazy ideas in your head that are totally untrue but they will influence people tremendously in the wrong direction. They do it by telling you a few things in the present that are true, but they info they give you about the future is false. That is the main reason I got out of tarot. In the beginning I thought the information was helping me but as I got deeper into it, I realized it was just confusing me more and more. Will never go back to that crap.

It is hard to understand when people say this. I think and I've experienced that the protestant faith can convince some catholics they don't have a relationship with Jesus because of lack of knowledge or misinformation of the faith .

As a practicing Catholic born into that faith, I thank you for this comment. So often Catholicism is misunderstood as mysticism or occult. Humans are fallible, and of course, over centuries, we are bound to muck it up. But it is absolutely the full truth!

I can answer that. Did you hear her use the term culturally Catholic? There are many where that is the case. The relationship is with the church not a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. As we know, that relationship begins for everyone by being Born Again. I was raised very devoted Roman Catholic, knew my Catechism, went to Mass, confession, etc. However, I never was told I needed to receive Jesus as my Savior and Lord. I had never prayed the sinners prayer. So that is how it happens with many, and not just Catholics. I know many Catholics who are born again and I know some Protestants who are in church and are not. Do you ever ask others to pray for you? Asking the saints is no different and we know they are holy. Look up the lives of the saints and the miracles the holy trinity have wrought due to their intercessory prayer. The evidence is there if you look. Look at the recent miracles associated with St Charbel's intercession, or Servant of God Rhoda Wise. I don't comment on forums much but asking for the intercession of saints is not necromancy. It would be nice to have Sean address this, the false charismatic movement. Being a prophet involves holiness. We use wisdom and the word of God. When the Holy Spirit moves we don’t need to add on drama. I to came from that. Pray and fast. Let the Holy Spirit move through you. We can all serve god through the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Word of God has been sealed by Jesus Christ Himself. And opened by Him only. Rev 1:1 "The Revelation of Jesus Christ" Rev 22:18-19 "For I testify unto EVERY MAN that hears the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the Holy city, and from the things which are written in this book." This is sealed in the beginning of the book of Moses, Deut 4:2, the middle of God's Word, Prov 30: 5-6 and in many more places. He is the Alpha and Omega, beginning and end (and everything inbetween). Rev 5 tells us Jesus gave us everything we need to know and He sealed it and opened it fully. No one else is worthy except those He personally called. Those that do, against His Word, are guilty of Ezek 13:9. Those that prophesy and are wrong are deserving of death. Many scriptures on that. You're calling God a liar, blaspheming His Holy name.

Blessings all. I know that God is not spraking everyday-but God does speak to us in different ways. No one knows our future-but there has been prophesy over my life that I saw come to pass. The Holy Spirit knows how to speak to us.

We are supposed to hear from God everyday, as we are His Sheep. When we the church move in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, then the world will not go to the occult for answers to their problems.

I'm Divine Mercy devotee too.

The best spiritual protection is to have the Holy Spirit indwelling (John 14:16-17, 1 Corinthians 3:16, 2 Corinthians 13:5 etc) then you don't need any mantras. "You must be born again (born anew, born of the Spirit)" as Jesus says in John chapter 3. Only someone born of God is a Christian by definition (John 1:12-13). "I am the way, the truth and the life. Nobody comes to the father except through me" (John 14:6).

Get your house blessed and seek deliverance! I got delivered a few years ago from my past demons and they left me alone. However they came back once I started wavering in my faith. I'm just now starting to get serious about God again.

Yeh, I never dabbled in the occult, but I took mushrooms at a very bad time, and was attacked, I feared for my sanity for years..until I realized the thoughts I had were not mine nor of God, and I could reject them and know they are from satan to destroy me.
